The most recent research on the state and health of pastors in the United States conducted by Barna Group reveals a landscape that requires our urgent attention. The data shows that while most pastors report healthy levels of satisfaction and well-being, there are concerning signs that we cannot ignore. The following data highlight the vital importance of spiritual and emotional care and having a Network of Friends in ministry. Healthy relationships are essential to prevent pastoral burnout. However, 43% of pastors are at high or medium risk of relational problems, and only 37% have a mentor or trusted person for ministerial support. Loneliness and isolation are common challenges that affect the overall health of pastors.

Resources are essential for the network, as this involves sharing all kinds of available materials, such as training materials and proven practices from successful churches within the network, creating an ecosystem where we generously share all types of content. This centralization and reinvestment of funds not only catalyze new church plants and leadership residencies but also allow leaders to focus on relational ministry, ensuring the sustainability and exponential growth of the movement.

Reproduction is a vital part of the network's DNA; this is the place where we commit with other churches to multiply our disciples, leaders, campuses, and establish new churches, thereby promoting a culture of evangelism and discipleship that allows each church to consider multiplication as a value that extends the kingdom, impacting our communities and advancing the mission Jesus entrusted to us.
